• You will still retain access to your data for backup purposes before the license fully expires.

3. Renewal Notifications

• A reminder email will be sent 15 days before your license is set to expire.
• This notification provides you with the opportunity to renew your license or let it lapse, based on your preference.

4. Renewal Process and Pricing

• The renewal fee will match the price of your original purchase.
• You may renew your license through our platform or any authorized reseller.
• To ensure continuity, data migration can be done seamlessly using a backup file.

5. Data Backup and Migration

• If upgrading to a new version or renewing your license, ensure your data is backed up before uninstalling the previous version.
• To restore your company file after installing a new version, follow these steps:
  1. Open QuickBooks.
  2. Navigate to File > Open or Restore Company.
  3. Choose the option to open an existing company file and follow the prompts to complete the restoration process.

6. Cancellation Terms
